Too many to mention but I'm a big fan of the Marine Biologist if not only for George's speech at the end.

The one where they tried to induct Susan into the group and George started "Getting upset". Him being dragged out the movie theatre yelling "They are in there. Lying and laughing! I had to go Reggie's Jerry. REGGIE'S!"

Then there is the little kicks that had Jerry all gassed up on being a bootlegger.
"Do you even know what this scene is about?" "No. He's not just buying bread. The bread represents his soul. He's trying to buy back a loaf, of his soul"

Too many to count. I love most all episodes save for the finale which I always skip when I'm cycling through the seasons in order.
