Current
Brandon Marshall (still a top 5 receiver when healthy, and his production speaks volumes considering he plays with Jay Cutler)
Larry Fitzgerald (not what he used to be but he makes you wonder what could have been if he had better QB situations in Arizona)
Reggie Wayne (again, a shell of his former self, but he was one of the most underrated receivers of the 2000s. He always got shyt for playing with Manning but he proved in 2012 with a rookie Luck that he was no fluke)
Past
Herman Moore (one of the most underrated WRs of all time, put simply he's one of the best possession receivers to ever play the game, his prime is top 10 in NFL history)
Marvin Harrison (IMO he's the 2nd greatest receiver behind Rice and not Moss, his run from 1999-2006 is unparalleled and Manning-to-Harrison is the greatest QB-WR combination in NFL history)
Jimmy Smith (arguably the best route runner in NFL history, didnt receive as much recognition as he should have because he played in Jacksonville but he was flat out dominant from 1996-2001)
Cris Carter (best pair of hands that I've ever seen in my life and the best boundary receiver, would make catches with 90% of his body falling out of bounds)
Tim Brown (if there's anyone who needs to get in the Hall of Fame right away, it's this guy)
Isaac Bruce (my 2nd favorite WR of all time, he has the career accomplishments to be a Hall of Famer, though we'll see if the voters feel the same way)
There's definitely more that I can add to both of these lists, but I've gotta keep it short for the sake of this thread
