American descendants of slaves started off as lineage
Then it pivoted to a type of political subgroup with the same name

Fba has never made a lineage to org/group pivot like that
Oh fair enough. And I wasn't implying FBA was even a group, just a designation and that folks shouldn't let anyone conflate the two. You end up having to defend things that aren't even core to what the message of FBA is if any old raggedy fool can wave the banner and start seeking checks.

:manny:Ok. I disagree with your disagreement because branding gets muddled when some huckster comes along. Your title implies "They said" it is a hate group. Some people who wear the FBA banner are hateful. It existed before the online-ization of it turned it into talking shyt about folks instead of advancing the message of foundational black people. BLM is unfairly associated with the scammers even though the term means something.
nikka shut your babbling ass up.

FBA is a lineage period.

If Tariq wasn't a grifter he could create a real political movement for the better of our people.

Yvette has horrible social skills so she will never be able to create a critical mass.
Why does Tariq have to do it? Him tweaking my Dr Claude Anderson Native Blacks into FBA is enough. It’s solidified now.

Someone else can take up the political mantle.

But look at Tariq like a new age dikk Gregory. A political entertainer. Take some cues from the brother and run with it.

I remember last year or so people on this board told me I was lying when I said I’ve had several convos and FBA came up unprompted. Nobody in real life knows about FBA!!!
Dumb fukks with your head in the sand. Anything FBA does becomes reality and crosses over into mainstream culture. We are a special people, now get down or lay down.

We will get our reparations or this country will cease to exist as we know it. It can’t continue like this.

But he's making an excellent point. The reality is that there are 2 things that exist. 1) FBA being a lineage and 2) The online trolls who wave the FBA flag who are similar to Beyonce's Beehive who are online spewing venom to anyone who has any opposition to Tariq Nasheed or his agenda.

One of the things I noticed is that if a person speaks out against the trolls who wave the FBA flag they try to flip it and say that the lineage is being attacked when it's really the trolls that are being addressed not the lineage. And then Tariq will then amp it up, address it, play dumb and say the lineage is being attacked. I've seen this happen too many times for years now. Mind you, I rock with Tariq but I have to be objective and realistic. I'm not some blind dikk riding follower who doesn't acknowledge that there are 2 things related to the term FBA: the lineage and the online "beehive like" Tariq trolls. These 2 things co existing is why many have said that Tariq being related to the term FBA has polluted it's seriousness.

that only works with a logical definition.
otherwise it is an ill-defined social-construct of a lineage.
is a jamaican whose people were in america at its foundation in 1700's, then sold south, a foundational black america, more than a black american whose family arrived on the last ship in 1865?
is a liberain who left america in the 1700's an FBA?
do brehs those with 50%+ of gringo heritage owe money to FBA too?
are breh freemen from africa or europe who moved to the states pre 1865 FBA?
in the absence of records, how can these kinds of FBA-ness be proven? Is relative FBA-ness a thing?

:hubie:

I don't have an issue with Black folks self defining. And Tariq gives an extensive breakdown on the exact definition on his FBA website.

A good portion of the questions you are asking are there.
