Lawncare is HUGE where I live so I see that type of thing all the time. Everyone has unique landscapes. It's nice. But huge lawns are such a waste of space and resources.

I love my desert landscaping and cacti but theres nothing like a well-maintained lawn with that fresh cut grass smell. He got those lawns looking like an MLB outfield.

having a non functional yard that you pay way more in property tax for, in a HOA style neighborhood with a terrible view just to pay someone 300$ a week to ride around on your hilly uneven yard you dont use isnt a flex at all.
the amount of land im seeing across the street, you could put 3 houses up on that bytch and still have 25% open land for driveway and recreation. That's a tax markup and an acre of land thats just wasted. With HOA you cant even use it properly to start a garden or whatever, you nikkas are broke and stupid as fukk
