What in the hell are you talking about now? Where did I discuss anything about limitations. Hell, I don't even care what your position on this issue is. I am asking you, why in the world do you care so much about my position on it?Your limitations aren’t the proper measure of limitations. It takes me two seconds to type something
Initially right of the bat you felt this was in the emotional realm and that tells you where you’re at mentally with this
Like I said before, don’t take it personally - I’m a writer by nature
Okay so apparently that went over your headWhat in the hell are you talking about now? Where did I discuss anything about limitations. Hell, I don't even care what your position on this issue is. I am asking you, why in the world do you care so much about my position on it?
So please, either answer the question directly or encourage me to consider you a person to not take seriously anymore.
Thank you for making it clear to me that you just wanted to argue about the noncommital position I have taken on this issue. I will do as you suggested.Okay so apparently that went over your headwhy do I care … “so much” about your opinion .. look how much you’re already inferring. Where is the “so much”. maybe because we’re posting in the same thread in the same forum
Imagine that? There are people taking part in the discussion that actually care about the discussion, like I said … again … don’t take it personally
Stop being sensitive, you’re free to block me. I don’t even know who you areI’m clearly impartial about the situation and seeing both perspectives
It’s just flabbergasting that you think there’s going to be a formal press conference on this, that’s all
McDonald's has a lot of franchise owners too. So it is not always the corporation doing the hireing.McDonald’s Corporation wouldn’t hire an illegal immigrant so what he point of calling ICE? People really have to think before they speak.

It's worse in Miami, there's a lot of small businesses owners who can't even speak English and will get an attitude if YOU can't speak Spanish.McDonald’s throughout California seem to be hiring people with thick accents that can barely speak English, but if you go to In N Out they will only hire milktoast people that look like they go to church on Sunday - every now and then you’ll see maybe 1 person of color per every 3 locations and that will be someone who is usually mild spoken type. Doesn’t affect me but it is an eradication of one of the major entry level jobs in our society and California’s economy is actively eradicating the middle class so that is just wealthy and those on the dole, with few in-between
Just like this thread. Hm.Comments section is filled with cacs shytting on the mom, calling her racial slurs and siding with the Hispanic manager. Where’s Himmy that said FWA and FBA are intertwined like brothers in arms![]()
Not necessarily. Only a small fraction of the stores are owned by the corporation. And these are normally your premier locations. The rest are franchises .McDonald’s Corporation wouldn’t knowingly hire an illegal immigrant so what he point of calling ICE? People really have to think before they speak.

These franchises are actually brilliant mechanisms for people to be able to legally enter the country because there is a special visas class for investors. So a group of immigrants Will pool their money together in order to buy a franchise and then appoint their family members as directors or board members of an LLC operating it. So the top layer of the administration can entirely be fresh off the boats, with eb5 visas. And then from there ,employment is entirely of their discretion. The franchise corporation is concerned with the quality of the product, but not the mechanisms of employment .
It's not uncommon to see Hispanics using this mechanism and then keeping the cultural mindset of their homeland to only seek their own people for employment. Ive seen Indians do something similar with convenience stores and hotels, where a 7-Eleven or best Western would be sold. Before them buying the franchise the location would be a mix of whites, Hispanic , and black people. But an Indian would buy The franchise; and then two weeks later the entire staff is just him, his family, and the Indian college students from the university nearby.
