i would pretty much do the same as you except i already own my home so i would cop a couple properties (residential and maybe even commercial) and rent them out

Depends on the amount. But I would purchase land and buy people mineral rights from under them and force them off their land and use the addresses for shell companies and siphon that into offshore accounts.
