There's nothing in this indictment for Durk to worry about, the superseeding indictment might be another story, I guess we'll find out shortly who's in that.
The only real mistake they made was where they killed Duck and thats it, (yes I'm fully aware of all the crash dummy shyt they did)
CPD didn't/don't care, they stood there and watched Duck bleed out.
