I think his white fans tend to be white tankies
He's released his audience stats before.

It's mostly male, and mostly black. Whether people want to admit it or not, the coli is a type of echochamber that rewards certain kinds of posts. Within the next 3 hours someone will post a thread featuring a black person doing something stereotypical, white woman lust, diaspora wars, casting a generalization on black youth, black women, black men or a bird brain talking about dumb shyt. That thread WILL go to more than 3 pages.

In fact, I think someone even made a "random coli thread title generator" and I won't be surprised if people have actually been using it. This place has a lot of individuals, but it's still a kind of echochamber that distorts how people actually are. The vast majority of black women want and are married to black men, but if you spend enough time here you'd think black women are either more irritating than other kinds of women and thus perpetually single, or prefer white men. Threads that confirm pre-existing biases help justify a worldview that doesn't actually line up with the lived experiences of people who aren't glued to their phones or keyboards.

To a degree yes, but in 2016 Bernie didn't take his candidacy seriously as it was more of a messaging campaign. Hell he only ran because Elizabeth Warren didn't run that year. In 2020 I think he just gave up on getting the black vote and went full on latino so I'm sure many older black folks felt he wasn't offering anything and stuck with ol' Biden. Not saying they were right in there assessment but I can't blame them entirely given the circumstances.

I mean he was offering universal healthcare, universal higher education, loans forgiven, living wage, guaranteed family leave etc, I don’t understand what older black voters were looking for exactly.

Especially since Hillary and Biden were offering the status quo.

American voters are very stupid bunch across the board. They go for vibes instead of policy and that’s why Cheeto is the fitting President for such a dumb populace.

Politicians that came out of nowhere are suspect.

Usually they are used to split votes or push foreign interests, like Jill Stein

I was only speaking of the partition of his fans that are white. Looking at his last 20 videos there's no way he his audience is white despite what TLR says.

But anyways Agreed with everything else

They likely wanted what a lot of middle class retired or semi-retired folks want like tax breaks (property, income, etc.) In my view the boomer generation is kind of selfish generally and don't really value things that would benefit the generations after them.

Can we get some perspectives/insights from actual Black leftists in NYC?

Like all this talk and speculation from everybody across the damn country but nobodies talking to the Black folks in NYC who actually voted and are campaigning for the guy on what the political landscape is really looking like for them.

FD has always been very hit and miss with his political takes, and honestly his opinion on Traore recently got me looking at him a lil funny.

The reality is older black people vote for people they know, which tend to be mainstream candidates. Theyre not online researching far left candidates and mainstream news dont cover them favorably:yeshrug:

The elephant in the room that a lot of people gloss over is that identity/race politics are at the forefront as much as the liberals want to disagree. Also a majority of the voting population is generally low information voters that don't actually do research on candidates. So name recognition, party affiliation, and social notoriety play a big role in who they choose to vote for. I think he is right in his criticism of the Bernie bros/wyte liberals. But it's easy to point fingers. But offering solutions is what was lacking in the video which doesn't help push anything forward either

They will stand by the "I was just letting you know." and leave it at that while they rack up views, subs and money. I'm beginning to really hate that shyt. Offer solutions MFers, instead folks just talk in front of cameras or dap each other on some "IYKYK" type shyt :beli:
