Is matter of transparency.

These big pharma companies received unprecedented protection from congress relating to the covid vaccination...You cannot sue them if you get really sick from taking their vaccination (immunity like these are never provided to drug makers), now considering that the FDA approved their drugs, will they remove their immunity from liability?
breh moderna and phiz can still be sued if they show 'willful misconduct' while in the production of their vaccine.
but guess what...u wanted FDA to approve the shots
guess whats.. its been approved :lolbron:

let me guess this is different?:francis: vaccine arent created to prevent "infection" so once again.

They DO prevent infection, though. Your problem is thinking that prevention is 100% instead of 99% and, as it stands, 99% of people hospitalized/dead from COVID were unvaccinated while 99% of vaccinated people have not contracted the disease at all.

Your co-worker's infection isn't a surprise to anyone but you and doesn't mean the vaccine doesn't work.

Idk why you bother people that don't want it will give a new excuse why they aren't getting it. shyts an endless cycle.

Exactly. They will go through the mental gymnastics regardless. Not being FDA approved was just the balance beam. Now that it is, they're on to the uneven bars portion of the mental gymnastics.

There's high standard bar to prove for willful negligence, you basically have to prove that they intentionally committed a wrong.

But you didn't answer the question, why do they have an exclusive immunity from liability?
