Wiki just gave the game in two sentences, but to put it in even plainer language, out of a 20 yr career, he's spent approximately five working for government and the rest either on the boards of big pharma or as a healthcare venture capitalist. (Ie, caking.) Oh, and that's when he's not chilling with his peoples at AEI, a notoriously, rabidly right wing think tank funded by everybody we claim to hate, the lead nazi's of our era.
Currently, he's on both the boards of Pfizer and Illumina, a company that- you guessed it- "is a leading developer, manufacturer, and marketer of life science tools and integrated systems for large-scale analysis of genetic variation and function."
And then he hops on over to CBS to tell us to take the vaxx.

That the guy TRUMP chose to head his fda is a lifelong 'disease profiteer' materially profiting from the vaccine as he hawks it to the public. He literally got his ug degree in economics, went to work at the nations oldest investment bank, and then decided to go to medical school.
