can we make star ratings visible from the forum/thread list view? you gotta click a thread to see a rating

also, something is off about alerts, i liked the old site where your alert badge wouldn't go away until you clicked it, now i refresh a page, and they go away before i click them, they also aren't real-time like the old site, i could see the number refresh without reloading
