Just read an article that they were busting people in Oakland for filing people's unemployment using people who are in jail/prison's information. How did people think they would get away with this?

Oh yeah I just remembered there was an OG I used to kick it with who had literally just came home from a life sentence. He filed and received 11k a few weeks later.
He was the one who got me off my ass about filing because I assumed I wasnt eligible for anything. I'm still confused as to how he received that much when he had been in prison the last two decades.
