And
That's what I mean TSA walks out shyt is over. Most of them aren't cops technically I guess they're classed as Federal security guards.Just like January 2019…
This will end when TSA and ATC start calling out sick

If they had a sick out iin sympethy with say Smithsonian guards every one would be back at their desks in hours.

and as far as this, the people not furloughed (like myself) are supposed to continue being paid as has been the case since the shutdownIRS is fully funded through tuesday
we’ll see what happens after that
they seem to be flirting with the continued use of IRA funding to keep paying some or all of us
whether that’s legal or not obviously doesn’t matter to some of these people
I knew they would try this.White House floats no back pay for some furloughed federal workers despite 2019 law
and as far as this, the people not furloughed (like myself) are supposed to continue being paid as has been the case since the shutdown
There won't be. Dems corporately compromised and too p*ssy to do anything. The getback needs to be aggressive when they are out of office.
Not even that. Some of the folks being laid off voted for him and they'll do it again if it means they get to hurt others...smhThere won't be. Dems corporately compromised and too p*ssy to do anything.
They showed their hand & are shooting at anything.I knew they would try this.
Not to mention it's all highly illegal. So they'll get sued and when they lose they'll have to backpay all of these folks. Or they'll realize they actually need them then rehire them with back. Either way it's a waste of time and moneyThey showed their hand & are shooting at anything.
From not paying employees to more RIF’s. A lot of pump fakes because the messaging of blame Democrats has failed.

Yeah I saw Sean Duffy try to pull this same flex with the FAA and the controllers will call his bluff. If the issue is that there are too few controllers to man airspace how does firing that controller solve anything?!? Lol. But he's an idiot and doesn't understand how long it takes for someone to become a fully certified controller. So to fire someone only expounded the problem. Go ahead and illegally fire me I'm not getting paid at the moment anyway. I'll just chill at the crib and get back paid when it opens back up and traffic still will be delayednow this:
IRS says shutdown-exempt staff face furloughs if they take too much leave
they submitted an exempt memo in writing (stating that pay and leave remains the same) on wednesday then on thursday, the manager verbally (on some code red sh!t) states that you can only use 8 hours of leave per pay period (and that you get charged a full day of leave for a partial day off) and if you exceed this, you get furloughed for the rest of the pay period (and possibly beyond). nothing in writing yet.
it seems that they're trying to apply excepted rules to exempt employees, which like much of everything else they're doing, is illegal.
