The defense seems to think it is. I'm just saying we shouldn't be looking at evidence after trial.

While I agree that the basis of Chauvin's attempt to overturn his conviction are bogus, we shouldn't make blanket statements that evidence shouldn't be re-examined after conviction/sentencing if it is merited.

The coroner ruled it a homicide… and in my opinion, if you kneel on someone’s neck for 9 minutes you intend to do bodily harm at the very least…. HOWEVER…. a lawyer coupled with some medical professional’s expert opinion, you can probably make a legal case that the drugs, coupled with Floyd’s heart issues, is the true cause for his untimely death
They tried this during the first trial, and it didn't work. They tried to argue that drugs and his pre-existing heart conditions were the cause of his death, but that argument was thoroughly debunked by medical experts who testified that asphyxiation was the primary cause. I don't think his conviction will be overturned.

it also doesn't account for the fact that if a person is dying for drugs, a cop is required to render medical aid. Not continue kneeling on them until they expire.

I guess the trauma from someone kneeling on your neck knowing you might die means nothing

You might not see it now, but history will judge these people harshly. They’ll be remembered like the racist police from the Civil Rights era.

The truth is, a lot of white people care more about how they’ll be remembered than the harm their racist actions cause. When they’re on their deathbeds, they’ll regret the choices they made, realizing they supported a system of hate. Future generations will look back and see them for what they really are.

This situation gives us, the ones fighting against racism, a chance to speak up. We have what we need to call out the hate and keep pushing for change. We’re not going to stay quiet about this …

Bodies gotta drop in large numbers this time my dawg.

Riots with ONLY damaged property ain't gonna get us shyt. 4-8 blocks of white folk businesses and 4-8 people in power put in the ground would make a helluva difference my dawg.
No, you're just the crash out, e-thugging king, so in your mind that's the scenario you play out in your head...
