didnt the DOJ just tell NMPD to adjust the practices...
there is a lot of things happening behind the scenes...
its just concerning that the government might be involved in a "state of crisis", as it current seems..
There could be behind the scenes, but cops been killing people left and right out here FOR YEARS. This isnt nothing new out here
And they told them they need to "correct" in 5 years, but that doesnt mean shyt cause all those cops who killed people got let off and we back to square one out here

from what my intel is telling me is:
a) employees in government/feds can manipulate mind/thought patterns, deliberately...to influence an action or decision...its called a dropped thought...
b) employees in government/feds are also indirectly causing psychosis with certain artists, if you listen closely to artist interviews...if you hear an artist "talking to themselves" or a "voice emit from an artist head" when interviewer or artist is not taking, then that artist have been directly/indirectly "observed" by the feds
DOJ and police go back and forth with quality improvement issues. Document your any interaction with police and see if you can sue them when you get a chance. Some are friendly/cool, but those going after unarmed folks and create a "perceived" trumped up threat is just weak. Or those using "law" as assassin type tool to profile is ridiculous. The disparity is sickening. Colorado shooter walked out alive. Quite frankly those who go haywire could be reined in to understand exactly what and why they did what they did.
