You always hear that the feds don’t move until they have enough to secure a conviction, but that’s not always true. Feds be fukking up.
Now google “Feds conviction rate %”. Jury is tainted, Diddy can never have a fair trial. Just the Cassie video alone will get his ass convicted on some bullshyt charges that have little to do with beating Cassie.

that's true about the conviction rate but there are the cases that overturn it.
there's also legal technicalities, what is admissible in evidence, if the jury starts to show bias it will be a mistrial or certain charges can be thrown out before the trial.
the other is the art of trial lawyers targeting cassie's testimony and the defence puff has as far as people discrediting her.
All of this is tough to predict but if there are chess moves being made now which position the defense to make technical arguments during the trial, they are already playing the game at a disadvantage.
These are Puff own words. This is gonna be played in court. I hope Puff gets a plea bargain (8-10 years) and take it so he can spend a few years with his kids and Enjoy whatever is left of his fortune with them. Not looking good. You know the feds calling Cassie to the stand.
again the video is not what he's charged for, the video was used to taint the jury and deny bail.
if the court rules the video cannot be played then it's just based off cassie's testimony versus puff's. Puff's got 100 employees testifying on his defense and proof that Cassie ordered and selected escorts herself. He also has those escorts testifying to that in his defense.
The jury will need to decide beyond a reasonable doubt that he wasn't a willing participant. The video is key evidence and they are trying to get it strikes out.

Not defending diddy, cuz fukk him. But the feds conviction rate is b/c 90% of cases end in a guilty plea rather than going to trial. They still usually win at trial too, but in most cases people know they're fukked and take the plea.
