I don't follow torrent site investigations closely, but the fact they have arrested the site runner, and will extradite him to the US to face serious federal charges, is substantial. It's likely this site and it's operators are finished. Those money laundering charges are serious, he's looking at years, or cooperating substantially with the US government.
