Feeling sick to the stomach deep in workout

30-60 minutes in a workout I get this nauseating feeling to my stomach. WTF is wrong :sadcam:

I've been experimenting with preworkout meals.

Like I've been going heavy for preworkout, 2 hours prior to working out that should be more than enough time to full digest.

I'm also trying to figure out what to eat. I had the grandslam with lemondae at Waffle House today. Monday I had 3 bacon burgers, fries, and a drink. Both of those eaten two hours before workout.

But I still get this sick feeling when I'm into the workout.

I don't know wtf to do..please help gym gawds. :guilty:

might be too much acid buildup in your muscle's dispersing to your stomach? happens ofter during leg workouts

A few things:

-Leave out fats and fibers.
-Reduce the size of the meal.
-Increase the time between meal and workout.

One or a combination of the above may help you out. You can also just ditch the heavy pre-workout meal and go with powders 30-60min before lifting.

That's called weakness leaving the body. Thats a good thing. Keep working out. work out harder even. You might pass out but you will be stronger next time.

Man I'm not gonna throw up all over the gym cuz that's how it feels.

And you said fukk a preworkout? You have to prep your body. You have to fuel a machine before it can work properly my man so how can you say that?

But I'm up for any suggestion. I'll try that for one day I guess.

i used to get really nauseated after doing squats....i still somewut do but nothing that bad, so maybe ol boy is right...

nikka when I was in the Marines in boot camp they use to wake us up at 4 a.m. and sometimes they made us run 5 miles before we went to breakfast. We would work out on an empty stomach. The drill instructors would say...

"them russians don't give a fukk if you aint ate yet" :damn:

made me the man i am today. its called pushing your body to the limit, then going beyond it. stay hydrated. people that push pre workout meals, are selling products. eat 6 or 7 snack size portions throughout the day.. and get 7 to 8 ours of sleep and the fat will burn.

Alright so I figured it out.

I was probably either going too heavy or too greasy.

I ate 2 scrambled eggs, protein shake [with milk], and 4 toast with butter.

I worked out thoroughly with no sick feeling. :yes:

But the post workout of course was heavy :whew:
