30-60 minutes in a workout I get this nauseating feeling to my stomach. WTF is wrong 
I've been experimenting with preworkout meals.
Like I've been going heavy for preworkout, 2 hours prior to working out that should be more than enough time to full digest.
I'm also trying to figure out what to eat. I had the grandslam with lemondae at Waffle House today. Monday I had 3 bacon burgers, fries, and a drink. Both of those eaten two hours before workout.
But I still get this sick feeling when I'm into the workout.
I don't know wtf to do..please help gym gawds.
