Panama City, David, El Valle, San Blas are the spots I hit. I wouldn’t suggest going after April as you’ll be in monsoon season. Best time to go is December-April. PM me I can give you more insight

Just got back from 2 weeks in Panama. My first time in Latin America, had a blast every day did or saw something new. Don’t get me started about the shortys and the clubs
