My girl and I have this thing where if we want something, we don't do the "Honey will you bring me a beer from the kitchen, please?" We yell "BRING BEER, BITCH!". If you don't end your demand with "bytch" you don't get what you asked for. It's a house rule. This goes both ways so essentially we're ok with calling each other bytch.

But one day I had to check him because even if we weren't playing around he'd call me one. Then it started getting to a point where I actually had to go thru text messages and show him where he called me a bytch everyday for a week. Then we all went out with friends one night and he called me one again. I hit him with the And walked off and didn't speak to him for damn near a week.

Anyway moral of the story: I don't mind it if it's in small doses because I'm not easily offended. But if dudes take my nonchalant attitude about it and run with it because they think they can then it begins to be a problem

Not at all. Don't get me wrong, I have a sense of humour but even jokingly it's something I personally wouldn't refer to a woman I love and have respect for, likewise I wouldn't tolerate any jokey names I find disrespectful. shyt always starts out as a 'joke' until it escalates into something serious. That's like your white 'friend' 'jokingly' referring to you as the n-word cos you've know each other for a long time.....fukk that, it's just not happening.

I'm surprised Jay refers to Beyonce who is the mother of his child as well as his wife that way.
