Because the premise is built on presumption. She presumes men only want a certain body shape, which we don't. Human beings come in all walks of life with different desires. It also presumes that smaller women carry more character flaws, and that people walking around in real life with their judgement level set on high. If someone's in a committed relationship, it's probably because that's who they want to be with. For me to assume otherwise is just applying my sensibilities to the situation, which is wrong cuz that ain't my girl. Everyone's situation is different and what makes me happy might not make the next man happy. If anything, fellas are single because we usually aren't in rush or feel pressed for time the way women do

It boils down to attention. The girl with the nice body does not have to, and in many instances, will have a personality that makes them pleasant to deal with. If she gets the attention she wants, there's no need for growth. It's just like winning vs losing: you don't feel like you need to improve when you win. You learn what doesn't work when you lose.
At least that what I took away from the whole thing.
