I've dealt with both, and both have some highs and lows.
The woman you train, your sex game is going to be immaculate to her (even if its really not
) . And she will be so obsessed with pleasing you that you can pretty much mold her into what you want.But it will take time, she will never "surprise" you, and she will rarely be able to achieve goat status in the bed.
A freak on the otherhand doesn't need you to teach her shyt, and will be a little more difficult to please/impress.
But the benefit is that sex will be crazy, new, and she will do things that the other girl will never be able to achieve.
I like both, I like to dominate in bed, but sometimes I like to lean back and be like "Word?"

I learned to never think like this either way. You could find a freak, frontin' so you don't know she is. You could find an innocent chick that tries to be a freak because she's into you.
