I'm 6'4 but in this scenario I'd choose 5'7.

6¹⁰ is definitely a height where stupidly inane and repetitive questions are part of your daily experience.

More than likely you'll put on muscle slower and have terrible joints as you age.

I notice in a lot of big companies, people in leadership positions are generally taller than average. Even if you look at our presidents the majority of them are around 6ft or taller. excusing a few outliers

But Generally the magic number is between 6ft and 6'4. Being an inch or two outside that range, give or take isn't that big of a deal.
but Being significantly taller than that basically just makes you a side show. You would essentially have to get a career in sports. If basketball doesn't work out, you would essentially have to settle for being a punching bag as a crappy professional boxer. retire with a career record of 0-30 but at least you can say you were that tall and a pro athlete.
