Banks is easily in my top 3 as far as MCs go... but why did he start calling him self the PLK(punchline king) when he literally has no standout punchlines in the last 5 years. It's like he just stopped spitting punchlines after his first album and mixtape run and decided to focus on a bunch of syllbal rhyme schemes and putting together random words that rhyme like eminem...smh... just a banks stan venting on some real shyt. i rest my case.

And don't hit me with the "the punchlines are there, it's just hidden" shyt, FOH

But then he said he had a convo with Raekwon and said he'll stop the punchline rap and focus on storytelling and other aspects of his game. Then he released this to let nikkas know shyt ain't changed

I think Banks tries too hard to make a scheme rhyme right, in doing that the structure is obviously dope but what he is actually saying sounds a bit forced and like a stretch, sometimes u dont even know what he is talking about, haha. Eminem focus on patterns too but his bars are much more fluent
