Okay I see now, you just don't really follow basketball around the league like that. Your market got you Melo. Where are all of those players? They've been flipped. We ended up with Harden doing shyt like that. You have to be a clever gm if you don't have a market like LA/MIA/NY as a trump card.

Your a top 10 media market nicca your Houston Texas! Your not Charlotte or okc :stopitslime: Is dragic better than Lin ?is Lowry ? I follow basketball apparently more than you do . Amares contract is only horrible to people because he's hurt not the stats don't back up being a horrible deal . I've always defended amare and if you look you can find other knick fans that defend amare too
I love how now Miami is some huge market lol they got bron and bosh cause they are friends with wade and have pat Riley . Is Miami a lure sure but when have we seem stars rushing to Miami ?? If its weather why doesn't golden state get every player to come to the bay .
Making moves to sign Lin just to sell tickets and get more Asian fans is a horrible move no matter how you spin it

 only cause y'all got exposed after he left @houston911 knows all about the overrating of felton on sohh. LOL at "people saw him averaging 17 and 9" I see y'all still rating players off of empty stats instead of looking at the system huh.

man, you remember some of those knick fans talking about "man felton got snubbed, he should have been an all-star" :dead:

felton is a legitimate nba starter though....he's a much better player than jeremy lin.....felton can actually do damage outside of a pick and roll and he can handle defensive pressure from the likes of norris cole

lin is humble so i dont even really like knocking him....i just cant help it when theres so many stupid ass basketball fans who wanna argue. them knick fans last year were dumber than ever

Drafting Royce white and him not playing is a mistake :mindblown: overpaying Asik is not finding a unheralded player . Your teams whole offseason goal was to get a superstar you couldn't . You could of got mayo for cheap kept dragic sign Asik and still have room to try and pursue Dwight or cp3 this offseason and better pieces to trade

I never said Asik was unheralded. He's not overpaid either. We tried to keep Dragic and getting Mayo would've done nothing but kept us spinning our wheels so to speak. We still can and will (unsuccessfully probably) try to get Dwight and Paul. No disrespect but you don't seem like you know much about our situation.

My bad if you were offended by my not following the league comment it came off worse than I meant it. We are a top 10 market which is why it is somewhat perplexing that we can't get a big time player. Dudes love to live here in the offseason but it's just not glamorous enough for some guys apparently. For the record I don't think Amare is grossly overpaid, just slightly. He would've made us better but he would've been a shaky building block (something like if we built a team around Bynum). As far as Lin making the team $ off the court I'd agree if that were the case but come on obviously the owner expected/expects to get a solid player on the court as well.

The league has caught up to him on game film and knows how to play him to his weaknesses. It's up to Felton now to adjust to these changes. One thing about Lin he watched a good deal of game film and was good at adjusting.

Watching both this players I think it's easier for opposing teams to exploit and find weaknesses more in Felton's game than Lin. Lin is great at going to the basket and finishing and is less turnover prone than before
