Real or scripted: that b!tch belongs in a ghetto gaggers scene.
No warrant/ no probable cause? No way dude was convicted.

Must be a rule over there.. in ny you just slam door in their face n thats that.
. Even though it's a bullshyt reason to arrest someone, that doesn't necessarily mean it's not legal
(I see a lot of the video comments suggesting that).
. Not really much room to successfully sue. That's what I'm thinking.
There's a reason why she asked him to open the door as opposed to just forcing her way in. I think she knew what she could and couldn't do. She was even there with her sergeant so if she was messing up somehow, I'm sure he would have stepped in.
She made it clear that they weren't going to go inside. She did warn him that he could get locked up before cuffing him, and he still stood there like. Even though it's a bullshyt reason to arrest someone, that doesn't necessarily mean it's not legal
(I see a lot of the video comments suggesting that).
Chances are, they know their actions are covered by the law somehow, especially since they're doing it on camera. I'm pretty sure they know that law in their area better than the resident coli lawyers. Not really much room to successfully sue.
And of course, like already mentioned...........the whole thing could just be staged

shyt got worse acting than any low budget hip hop flick.
