No but that has happened before on Hearthstone - long story short, female streamer gets popular, added to pro teams, but come to find out it was a man making the moves on her stream while she was just on camera

1.) Men play consoles, nerds played or used PC's (pre late 90's) so as time passes and nerds get ps3's/etc. Fake nerd types would cheat to win. You can't do that on consoles. Certain games have exploits, but who is so pressed to win they would use them? A nerd!!! So for you to think it's natural to cheat says a lot about you
2.) So modded Xbox's is a "thing"

If all you're gonna do is post up a video of it happening on YouTube via the360, all those accounts was insta-banned. They can tell if you mod, because it's Xbox live

So while you tell yourself it was ever widespread, that was really a pc/ps3 exclusive.
Moving forward, never heard of it on Xbox one. But it's reality on any competitive PC shooter. That's not a good look, making up Xbox has that issue too is your solution for your very real problem?

In the video you posted, about 57sec in you see an Xbox 360 achievement activated. If black ops 3 is even on the 360? Then you still failed to showcase how this is an Xbox one issue.
