ATL, but rasied in DMV
What ever happened to never go back and forth with the customer? I've seen some of these fast food employees, Black females especially, almost itching to make a mountain out of a mo-hill with the customer. And a lot of times, they be the managers.

Another thing, why is it so hard to find out what be leading to these incidents, and why doesn't anybody even care. No wonder everything is getting more and more outta wack.

She's lucky the girl with the gun was thinking about tomorrow. Her walking behind the counter after the gun was drawn was all bravado and pride, both of which have sent countless souls to an early grave.
