t-dot till they bury me
Damn

Stood her ground. She probably gonna get off the murder charge.
Nah breh
I'm not condoning what breh did
But
She walked away after getting assaulted
Proceeded to retreat, so she could get her gun
Her life was no longer in danger
Then
Proceeded towards her assailant
And
Murdered him (deserving? :hubie:)

I don't think she can claim stand your ground

Can you guarantee without a doubt her life was not in danger? You can’t prove that in my eyes.

She has a right “to use deadly force in self-defense if he or she reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm.”

This situation checks all those boxes to me.

If she's found guilty I wouldn't be surprised but I personally wouldn't argue it if I was on the jury.

She and her assailant are about 20 feet apart from each other when she first takes out her gun

Unless the assailant had gun as well I'm not seeing the immnent death angle:manny:

I'm not a lawyer :hubie:

Black men stop arguing with the Black woman. You cannot match Femininity with Masculinity during confrontations.

All this could have been avoided if they just let the woman think she right. I don't argue with women...and damn sure won't argue with a Black Woman. Waste of time.

You are 100% right..... However, this is Florida. Keep that in mind.
