Women get most of the lingo that blow up from their gay best friend. Most of that shyt start out as gay lingo that gets incorporated into mass media via social media.
Men giving women the blueprint yet again
I remember I first started hearing that term “slay” while I was in college 15-20 years amongst gay men.
Some well dressed nice looking female would be walking though the student union or amongst a gay male friend or two and you would hear the gay boy scream out “you better slay b*tch”
Over time I learned what that shyt meant.
I also remember I was smashing a broad back then with a little gay male friend that use to come around from time to time. I’d usually make myself scarce when that little feminine dude came around, but I also quickly learned a lot of those young gay men are messy AF too. A lot of these little expressions you hear women using on reality tv and in social media and shyt are derived from them though.
Miffed as to why "yall" annoyed by this let bytches run it in to the ground if they want.
