This is more about the conversation @HellRell804 @LeVraiPapi is having. The problem with @HellRell804 point of view is that in the US, it's a winner takes all system. So trying to get black people to abstain from voting doesn't really work. The only thing it does it allow more Republicans in office where they pass more conservative bills that hurt black people even more and put more conservative judges in positions to fukk up our lives even more over petty offenses.
You're fighting for whose going to fukk up your life the least, and it seems that Democrats are that party. Everything's a compromise. At least that's how I view it.

So we do have one thing in common. Black people need to take control of their lives. I'm living proof of that. Grew up in the projects seen nikkas marked right in front of my eyes. I knew that's not what I wanted in my life. So I went to school and made something of myself.
What I'm saying is, policies that Democrats hold help me achieve my dreams much easier than those of a Republican, and I know you said you don't fukk with either, but like I said in the beginning it's a winner takes all system and you gotta play to win. That's all.

People don't realize how difficult a decision that really is sometimes. Not just because you have to put in the work, but because in most cases, you're volunteering to leave people that you love and care about behind. It's damn near like emigrating.
