Fentanyl is 80x stronger than morphine when it comes to silence pain. It's a pain killer opiate with nasty side effects that lead to chronic overdose and dependance.

Vancouver is really infested by drug addicts. In Montreal, they just opened 3 brand new, advanced drug rehabilitation centers to provide help for junkies who are dependent to fentanyl. Quebec provincial government will directly finance the centers with 12 millions of dollars, with public money obviously. @Jamal @Soundbwoy

I can't see any of this happening in Toronto. Toronto culture and massive drug use/overdose deaths dont go together. Toronto is also way too bougie for this shyt. Its a corporate town, through and through.
