Precisely. Mike Brown's body was laying face first, naturally meaning Darren was facing Mike. All of the bullet holes if I remember correctly are on his right side. Like someone stated earlier, it would be tough to get those 6 shots lined up like that on a moving target, you would have to be a pretty good shot, and Darren wasn't because they found bullets in people's houses. Also, the head shot is near impossible for that to be a graze if Mike was charging. If Mike was charging directly at Darren, it would've struck him either in the forehead or anywhere in the middle. If Mike had zig-zagged, there would've been bullets on his other side as well. But all of them are on the right. Given the height differences, if Mike was really charging at him, there should've been more middle shots. Matter of fact, if Darren had his AR-15 out, it makes no sense for Mike to charge, the appearance of that gun alone should tell you no. The way the testimony sounds is that Darren tried to get the gun, failed, and then ran. But if he turned right away, said "you ain't gonna shoot", and charged.. first, Mike was already shot by that time (if I remember correctly), so that makes no sense if he said that. Two, would Darren really have enough time for Mike to run away far enough and THEN shoot as he was running back? He would have to get out of the cruiser, aim down and then fire. So once Mike was shot, maybe he had turned around, got on his knees and put his hands up in the surrendering position and that's why there's no bullets on his back.

Just my thoughts.
