If I'm Nelly, I use my celebrity to get more black people elected in that area. There is no reason a town of nearly 70% black folks should have majority white leadership. If I'm him, I start with that area, start throwing bbqs, pool parties whatever it got to be to get people out and just start registering folks to vote at these events and educating them on who is in power in their town. Within 5 years, the mayor, school board, and city council in ferguson all need to be 80-100% black or we lost.

These techniques have been embedded in the systems structure so that now the behaviors are on autopilot. They can literally pick who they want from our community to exploit and carry out the agenda using those techniques I listed above. ^

They know blacks as a collective don't value power.

Most value money and fame. The CAC system is designed to exploit us and they have the resources to feed what they have designed us to lack.

This is why rappers can't speak out lol. Their money is worthless of they try and use it against the system.

The systems biggest tool is the media. It uses those techniques I listed 24 / 7

It makes it very hard to counter.
