The kid was charging them
They shot him in the face and kept shooting him. I'm sure they will find a way to justify it by law.
But morally its just

Yeah.....idk, I don't agree with police actions, but supposedly he had knife, which I couldn't see.....They shot him in the face and kept shooting him. I'm sure they will find a way to justify it by law.

Well cops are supposed to prevent suicides, not push the person off the ledge

This is what I don't understand, Lets say he had a knife, he was asking to be shot and was coming to the cops, I understand that part, but don't cops have options? Since when is shoooting 10x and killing your ONLY option?
1) Why not subdue him with your baton?
2) Why not tase him if you think he is a threat? Tasers were all the rage not to long ago, people would get tased at freaking sporting events for yelling at a cop, now we shoot 10 times for 2 sodas?
3) Why not shoot once....twice? Maybe leg? something.. Why 10 shots? Why 3-4 more shots AFTER you hit him 5-6x and hes on the ground?
Even if you can understand the man came across as a threat why in the hell do you just kill that person?

agreed... god damn.. police are supposed to be trained to shoot for non lethal outcomes such as shoot em in the shoulder or leg.. but to just go for the kill shot!!!
