I heard the dude with the video attorney on the news last night. She said that she was having a casual conversation with her client (the dudes roommate) and he was like "you gotta see this" and he showed it to her. So the dude on the video, never really intended on releasing it anyway. But the attorney was like "you gotta go public with this" (think of how close we were not ever hearing this). Also she said it was a glide video ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glidetalk.glideapp ) so when Anon said the video was irrelevant I believe that's what they meant. But I've used glide, and just like a groupme or whatsapp messenger, there's really no way to fabricate it. Its time stamped and Geo located. She said he heard the shots, but just continued the video anyway because he said he's heard shots in Ferguson before.


That cop executed that boy. The likely story is that he, along with most, mostly white PD's that patrol predominantly black areas have major contempt for its citizenry. They barely see these people as human. He never took into account that he was actually slaughtering a human being. And that's the way that a LOT of white society view blacks. Its the same mindset as to why you never really see national stories of missing and exploited black children. They shyt is so "in your face" man. Its pathetic.

Lopa Blumenthal sort of meandered into the middle of a CNN scoop on the Aug. 9 police shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown. She’s an attorney in the St. Louis area and a “prior client” of hers stopped by for a visit at her office in Hazelwood, Mo. Knowing that this man lived in Ferguson, she expressed concern for his well-being, at which point the man shared with her a video recording allegedly taken by the man’s roommate in Ferguson at the time of Brown’s killing. Apparent bursts of gunfire were audible.

Neither her “prior client” nor his roommate, says Blumenthal, had realized that the recording would be valuable to those investigating the Brown shooting. Yet they did think it might be useful to CNN, and so about a week ago, they sent the recording to the network “as an eyewitness video,” she says. For days, says Blumenthal, they didn’t hear back from the network.

That all changed last night. At the moment that Blumenthal and the man who made the recording were meeting with the FBI, CNN’s Don Lemon called them in search of an interview. “He was not contacted by CNN until I was contacted last night,” says Blumenthal. “He” is the fellow whose voice is now somewhat famous: The audiotape that CNN debuted last night showcases the man saying sweet things to a “girl,” as Blumenthal describes the recipient of the communication.

“He was very embarrassed by it,” says Blumenthal of the person behind the recording.

Working on a pro bono basis for this person, Blumenthal requested that CNN not run the video in the recording, but merely use the audio, the better to ensure the privacy of the person. CNN agreed to do so without objection, reports Blumenthal. The pro bono client also wanted his voice removed from the recording, but that wasn’t possible, says the attorney. Though Lemon offered to interview the man in silhouette, he refused to do so.

Heard the same noise about Zimmerman.

But even seeing Wilson locked up isn't the primary goal at this point. Scumbag cops need objective/unbiased oversight and exponentially better training; hopefully this is the start of that process.

The difference in the Zimmerman case was that #1 it was in cactown Sanford, #2 the Prosecutor sucked and #3 It wasn't a blatant cover up by the Police Department #4 Zimmerman wasn't a cop.

If that Zimmerman trial was held in...say Duval county [30% black] instead of Seminole county [10% black]...it would've had a chance been a different outcome because the jury pool would've had to include at least 1 black person. I still don't understand how the Prosecution allowed an all women jury...that jury needed a man in there to call bullshyt on Zimmerman's "puggy" claimed and etc.
