#JusticeForMikeBrown This man shot a flare in front of the police during the vigil/march at #Canfield on Sunday. Right now he's with a group of men, all wearing backpacks. We confronted one and he ran away. I promise THIS is what started the #riot in #Ferguson I watched him shoot the flare. I looked him in the eyes and approached him but then the crowd got too close to the blockade and everything got out of control and I lost him.

I think they got people out there to, intentionally, raise ruckus just to make the situation worse.

11:30 - dispatch says she got alerted by the news (not the officer) that a officer involved shooting happened. Officer 2190

22:00 - officer 2190 starts requesting more cars

25:00 - officer 2190 request K9 units

29:16 crime scene investigator en route to scene (that quick?)

30:46 area taped off

37:30 dispatch seems confused asking if there is a second suspect or if the first one at large

37:45 officer 2190 ask for all extra officers to be called off (why?)


That's all I got so far phone is dieing at work but there is a cover up going here, did anyone else notice dispatch saying she was gonna send him a message, why not over the radio?
