Ferguson police execute an unarmed 17 yr old boy (Update: Ferguson police chief to resign 3/19)

Just got word through the grapevine that there may have been an instance of grand jury misconduct (as reported locally on KMOV's website)...The misconduct in question:
Divulging the conclusion that the grand jury has already decided NOT to indict Darren Wilson. The source is apparently one of the grand jurors and they have given this information in confidence to a close associate. That associate in turn has revealed this information to several others including my own folks...

...........................................I'm not making this up nor would I post it if I didn't find my own source to be credible.

You know what. Asking us to take this standing down and fight back economically is turning your back. This isn't a fight against white supremacy or "the system". It's a fight against the cold blooded, sociopathic murderers picking us off one by one. But I was standing on the front porch of my house here in North STL. (not far from Ferguson)

I was talking to my neighbor across the street. They said 3 cop cars just rode by and they looking for someone. Then later a 4th car rode by.

2 white cops were just riding by...they circled back....slowed down and then looked at me. I was on the phone and paid them no mind.

They then pulled over and hopped out of the car.

Talking about "we received a 911 call from here"

I'm like....it cant be from this crib. Well yea it was from this address. (they looked at the address sign in front of the house )

I said naw bruh. It wasnt this crib. I dont even use the house phone like that. They then said well somebody from here called.

I then said "Well what they say?"

cop said...."uh...they just called and hung up"

I said so y'all dont know who called huh? The other cop then went to the car to see what name stayed at this address. Then came back and said my last name.

Then I said " well aint nothing going on here officer. So you can go back"

Then they said well we gotta check the house to see whats going on.

Usually I would have said go and get warrant.

But I had nothing to hide so I so said fukk it so they can be on their way.

So I played along....opened the door and said aint nothing in here but folks chilling.

The cops looked around and said...uh yea everything looks ok. Seems like a false alarm.

Breh......I can sit here and post article after article. Research paper after paper. Documentary after documentary proving that white people view and treat black people as their enemy. The war on drugs you mentioned earlier is an example of those racist ass laws that were put in place and used to justify locking black people up.

There are more poor white people in this country than black people, but those same pigs magically seem able to muster up the patience of job when dealing the bottom of the barrel when it comes to their owns.

You can continue to believe that it's not a race issue all you want, but the history of this country. shyt just the reaction of white supremacists since Obama has been in office is enough evidence to prove to anyone how white people really view black people.

Possible Leak by Ferguson Grand Juror is Investigated

FERGUSON, Mo. — The St. Louis County prosecutor is investigating a possible leak by a grand juror in the case of Darren Wilson, the Ferguson police officer who shot and killed 18-year-old Michael Brown in August, a spokesman for the prosecutor’s office said Wednesday.


The prosecutor’s review comes after a post to Twitter on Wednesday morning from an account identified as that of Susan M. Nichols — @thesusannichols. The message was posted in response to another user.


“I know someone sitting on the grand jury,” the Twitter message said. “There isn’t enough at this point to warrant an arrest.”
Other Twitter users quickly responded by telling her that grand jury proceedings are secret, and shortly afterward, the account was deleted.


Edward Magee, a spokesman for Robert P. McCulloch, the St. Louis County prosecutor, said in an email on Wednesday, “We just got the information this morning and will be looking into the matter.”

Grand jurors are routinely reminded that the proceedings are secret and must not be discussed with anyone, even close family or friends. Grand jurors are also told not to read news media coverage of the cases they are hearing.


The panel of 12 grand jurors, nine men and three women, will decide whether to file an indictment against Officer Wilson, who killed Mr. Brown on Aug. 9.


The grand jury began hearing evidence in the Wilson case on Aug. 20. They have until Jan. 7 to make a decision, since a judge in St. Louis County granted a 60-day extension to the jury.


Mr. McCulloch has told reporters that the grand jury is nearly finished hearing evidence in the case and that he expects it to announce a decision by mid-November.


Many people in Ferguson have said they are impatient with the unusually long period of time that the grand jury has been hearing evidence in the case. Protests have stretched on in Ferguson, sometimes resulting in arrests, as residents have waited for word from the courthouse.


“If a grand juror has leaked details of the proceedings, the case could continue with the current jury,” said Peter A. Joy, a professor at Washington University law school in St. Louis.


“If something like that is proven, then the most likely result would be that that grand juror would be removed from the grand jury,” he said.“You don’t need unanimity for them to make a decision for them to indict
