What I really don't get is I drill with a couple pigs. they tell me to get on the force you literally need to go through like a 8 hour psych eval with hundreds of questions. These aren't the brightest guys either. so I doubt they are capable of fooling a person whose whole job is discern mental makeup...so how are all these gun happy, racist, scared of their fukking shadow cops getting loose? what is the process really?
