This is heartbreaking because from most indications this kid was dead no matter what, unless he never stepped foot inside of the store. I don't care if he stole or not, the kid was unarmed. At most, you arrest him, maybe book him for shoplifting. The problem is, we don't even know if he even WAS shoplifting, and the most important piece of the puzzle is dead. How could you not be pissed off? The kid had no criminal record, yet and still, because he lived in an urban area he was a fukkin thug and deserved it.
