This hasnt even gone to trial yet.

But you cant compare the two because there is always a complex story to untangle when police are involved.
If its two gang members going at each other, you already know what the deal is.
But yes...there are people that get let off because of technicalities or bad evidence.

If youre really in the hood, like some of you say you are...then you should know at least one dude that is known to shoot/rob people, and gets let off.

When cops are involved in any type of shooting, internal affairs get involved & most cops will tell you internal affairs are not their friends. At least in the fair police departments. But I'm sure every stone will be unturned & everything will be thrown to the wall to paint a narrative that the cop had "no choice" but fire like that.

Again "journalism" is this country is at a ALL TIME LOW. When this story comes up on the news going forward nothing but looters will be shown everyday to paint blacks as savages but they already feel we are so it won't change anything but it furthers that ideology that our lives aren't important & we're always in the wrong.

Remember you had CNN, FOX & MSNBC prognosticating over the GZ trial as if it was a sporting event. Race relations & religion will always be polarizing in this country & this won't be last the case unfortunately...

To me it doesn't even matter, Even if he did go for his gun, how many times do you have to shoot somebody to get them off you?

1.) Most nikkas not going for a cops gun even if the cop didn't have it pointed at him.
2.) Homeboy must of been on some hulk type stuff to get shot and still come after the cop( face it if you get shot, you either falling or running )

So I don't see how they can twist this story.

bruh he was shot at long distance. the kid was running for his life. thats why this is important. if they can make that "he reached for my gun" excuse fly, even in the face of all the eye witnesses -- law enforcement could use that bullshyt excuse on all of us.
