What's fukked up is that since the store incident happened literally 5 minutes before the cop showed up, Mike had every reason to believe that the cop knew about the store. They were probably shocked when the cop said to get out the street. Still, we will waste a day talking about what happened 5 minutes prior since they refuse to release photos of the officers face and his account of what happened.

No, looks like a Class C felony theft because he took it from the person of the storekeeper. @MustafaSTL would know better than me be being that he studies out there, but to my knowledge if you take the product from the person then it is upgraded to a class C Felony theft regardless of the amount.
