Likely just the camera is out of sync or whatever

His friend already told the FBI about the cigars.

The controversy here is that the Ferguson police did this *completely* out of spite.

A BUNCH of people need to be fired after this incident.

the chief said the stop didn't have anything to do with a robbery just like all the witnesses say...

It's POSSIBLE that he stole a $50 box of cigars (which would probably be like misdemeanor theft at worst), but that's questionable.

Either way it's irrelevant, because

1. The cop didn't know about it at the time he confronted him
2. It's not like this would've in any way justified shooting an unarmed teen who was surrendering

But you're right in that it'll probably shift public opinion regardless.

he did take the rellos, but the cop that rolled up on him didn't know about the rellos being missing. That was straight outta the chief policeman's mouth and he's been going back and forth all day on shyt.

Thanks.

It'll be interesting to see if that chief STANDS BY that statement going forward. He could flip-flop and say he mistakenly stated that the officer didnt know. He could say he finally talked to the officer(who did the shooting) and got clarification.

One argumument they could use in that scenario would be, "What are the odds this guy stole something and then was, randomly, stopped by an uninformed cop?"

Chief won't be able to talk to the guy cause the guy left town earlier this week.

They pulled it off brehs. They tampered potential juries to ensure this cop doesn't get convicted. I hate to say it but this is pretty much over, based on how racist MO is. This has gone from "cop murders young man" to "that thug deserved it."

And they took their time with it too. This cac cop didn't leave town on his own, he was convinced to leave by the police chief. Then they started working on a story to tell...
