For me, dude does hard time is the best and that whole police department is charged for fukking up and fired and replaced, make at least half of the department be african american or minority. Cameras are put into all the police cars and the cops are forced to wear cameras. With the footage that comes from the tapings, still trying to figure out a way to protect it from being edited and doctored.

Worse case, doesn't even go to trial and the department is not changed at all.
