His crime didn't warrant death but it highlights this young man was no saint and might have engaged in thug behavior. It gives more credence to maybe there was some form of resistance upon approach from the officer as opposed to a cold blooded shoot down. Even still the officer was in the wrong but this young guy isn't some innocent kid. If this ever goes to court the officer will get of because that CCTV footage will be heavily in his favor as well as the fact that Mike Brown friend (Key witness) will be painted as a liar successfully due to engaging and partaking in a crime.

There are more eyewitness accounts that take that credence away. That's page 200 shyt.
