Its classic racial intervention, put a black face that "sympathizes" with the community & calm tensions. Now I don't doubt johnson when he says he cares the community but he doesn't realize he's being used as a pawn in a scheme of a racist police department that's covering up a cold blooded murderer. That whole press conference was a slap in the face & nothing more than dog & pony show....

Basically that press conference was a platform for the governor(bad cop) & johnson(good cop) to publicly chastise the citizens for looting, nothing more, nothing less.

Now this is the important information about this case: The reason so many people are protesting & angry is because of how poorly the investigation is going. I understand that they don't have a internal affairs division but something has to happen to expedite the process.

The kid's are in need of food since the schools are being postponed to ensure safety.

"Many students in Ferguson rely on meals provided in school, and the delay in the start of classes means more time having to endure empty bellies."

"When I found out school had been canceled for several days as a result of the civil unrest, I immediately became worried for the students in households with food instability," Mendelsohn wrote on the fundraising page. "Many children in the U.S. eat their only meals of the day, breakfast and lunch, at school. With school out, kids are undoubtedly going hungry."
