It means that if shyt get ugly and cops are shot, the local blood bank will know what blood to provide without having to emergency release their limited supply O negative blood. The cops were probably typed & screened today. There may be an issue for oficers with a positive antibody screen.

How old is she though? Everything I've seen mentioning her refer to her as a girl, and we are kinda assuming an older teenager, but kids are born with phones nowadays. I'm not sure a 13 or 15 year old would have the forsight to forward the video or copy it... at least not right away. And remember, she just saw someone DIE. Since she lived there its likely she knew him and they spoke at least in passing.

There are alot of things I know to do as a grown man that I may blank on in any situation where somebody I recognize is shot in the head then shot several more times.

Just saying... and to be honest, if a bunch of dudes gun down somebody in front of me then ask me for anything gun still smokin I'm coming up off it. You need my phone? Take it man. Thats probably the mode that girl was in.
