cop might still get off free
Make no mistake if the cop is brought upon charges this case will be done through the media just as it is now. The police dept will continue to throw EVERYTHING against the wall hoping something sticks. I just saw on CNN how they were insinuating dorian was changing his story, again guess who is leaking this?...hmm
You have a DA that people are already questioning, I hate to say it but it would probably take an actual video of the murder of mike brown to get a long conviction. If the cop's lawyer via media or by his own doing can get ONE witness to change their story a bit then that may be enough. You have eye witness who corroborate the same story & they're not afraid but "josie" calls into a radio station & it is taken as gospel.
HARSH TRUTHS: Its sad that even with a autopsy & key witnesses, it may not even be enough to get a conviction let alone formal charges, the evidence will have to be overwhelming. People may have to dial back their expectations a bit. I don't have faith in the justice system & I don't have faith that this racist cop will be convicted. Remember the narrative with the TM trial was "the world is watching" & we watched 5 white women & one biracial say no TM was the aggressor, let GZ go home the same way they did the night of the murder. With all the crooked corruption, flat out lies & cover ups that seem from a movie am I really suppose to leave this DA & state will really go after this cop & that makes me sick!
Also CNN is not "fair & balanced", they all talk out of both sides of their mouths which is way worse than what fox does because at least with fox they let you know they troll & dont give a damn...
