But none of this matters if they get a favorable jury towards the prosecution/defense (which in this case will be one in the same)

You will be able to tell how this case will be resolved the moment the demographics of the jury is released... That's if this ever gets indicted...Chances of justice being served in the case via the "system" is slim to none...
