Looting isn't condoned, but I can't really even be mad. I'm a Saint Louisan myself..... People are born without opportunity up there in North County. They're marginalized, cheated, beaten down, oppressed, and like Brown, even murdered to maintain the status quo. White people protest with assault rifles out? Nothing. Black people peacefully protest unarmed? They get tanks rolled in and sealed off inside their cities. This is about all they can do in terms of civil unrest.
